With RHEL or CentOS version 6.10 or 7.6:

First, you need to install a version of PHP 5.6 (7.x is recommended) following the Wizard explanation (installation as Single version), and enable the remi-glpi94 and remi (for dependencies) repositories, then

yum-config-manager --enable remi-glpi94
yum-config-manager --enable remi
yum install glpi

You can also read more detailed instructions in my installation notes for EL-7 or EL-8.

With Fedora 29 or RHEL-8-Beta:

You can simply use the module

dnf module enable glpi:9.4
dnf install glpi

With Fedora:

dnf config-manager --set-enabled remi-glpi94
dnf install glpi
