RPM of the new version of this extension is available on remi and RPM Fusion (nonfree) repositories. It is buid with php-5.2.9-1 and pdflib-lite-7.0.4-1.
As always:
yum --enablerepo=remi install php-pecl-pdflib
Or download it from the repository
If you wish to use this extension with the official PHP version (Fedora, CentOS, RHEL, ..) use the RPM Fusion repository
