PHP version 7.2.20 and 7.3.7

RPM of PHP version 7.3.7 are available in remi repository for Fedora 30 and in remi-php73 repository for Fedora 27-29 and Enterprise Linux ≥ 6 (RHEL, CentOS).
RPM of PHP version 7.2.20 are available in remi repository for Fedora 28-29 and in remi-php72 repository for Fedora 26-27 and Enterprise Linux ≥ 6 (RHEL, CentOS).
No security fix this month, so no update for version 7.1.30.
PHP version 5.6 and version 7.0 have reached their end of life and are no longer maintained by the PHP project.
These versions are also available as Software Collections in the remi-safe repository and as module for Fedora 29-30 and EL-8-Beta.

Installation : use the Configuration Wizard and choose your version and installation mode.
Replacement of default PHP by version 7.3 installation (simplest):
yum-config-manager --enable remi-php73 yum update php\*
Parallel installation of version 7.3 as Software Collection (x86_64 only):
yum install php73
Replacement of default PHP by version 7.2 installation (simplest):
yum-config-manager --enable remi-php72 yum update
Parallel installation of version 7.2 as Software Collection (x86_64 only):
yum install php72
And soon in the official updates:
- Fedora rawhide now have PHP 7.3.7
- Fedora 30 - PHP 7.3.7
- Fedora 29 - PHP 7.2.20
To be noticed :
- EL-7 rpm are build using RHEL-7.6
- EL-6 rpm are build using RHEL-6.10
- EL-7 builds now use icu version 62.1 (instead of 50..1)
- EL builds now uses oniguruma5 (version 5.9.1 ,instead of bundle copy)
- oci8 extension now uses Oracle Client version 19.3 (excepted on EL-6)
