RPM of PHP 5.3.1RC2 (Release Candidate 2) are available in remi-test repository for Fedora 10, 11 and EL 5.
If you have issues with the version 5.3.0, or if you want to play:
yum --enablerepo=remi-test \
--enablerepo=remi update php\*
Version 5.3.1 should be released soon (perhaps after a RC3).
Feeddbacks (using Forums) are expected.
