RPM of lastest version of ImageMagick library is available in remi repository for Fedora <= 10 and EL.
It is named ImageMagick2 to allow installation with ImageMagick without conflict.
I've build this package to get all the features of imagick extension (see discussion), installed by php-pecl-imagick package.
If you have not installed ImageMagick yet, you can also install ImageMagick2-tools to get the latest version of the command.
Of course php-pecl-imagick-2.3.0-2 have been updated in remi repository to use this version.
