Je viens de proposer PDFlib Lite pour le dépôt Extras. Cette bibliothèque est déjà disponible ici. Elle offre la possibilité de générer des PDF dans différents langages (C, PHP, perl, java, ruby, tcl). Il y a actuellement une discussion pour savoir si la licence est acceptable.
I've just submit PDFlib Lite to review for the Extras repository. This library provides functions to generate PDF from various language (C, PHP, perl, java, ruby, tcl). There is a discussion to know if the license is acceptable.
You can participate in reading/writing on Bugzilla #219013.
Actually the proposed spec only provides binding for C, CPP, perl and python. Binding for PHP would be provided, if accepted, by php-pecl-pdflib.
If you are a Ruby, Tcl or Java hacker you can also have a look to this package to add binding (enable the build) for this as I miss experience on this languages.
