RPM of PHPUnit version 4.6 are available in remi repository for Fedora and Enterprise Linux (CentOS, RHEL...).

Installation :
yum --enablerepo=remi install phpunit
Please, test this new version, already on Rawhide and should be soon also available in Fedora 21, 22 and EPEL-7.
Notice: this tool is an essential component of PHP QA in Fedora.
