RPM of the latest version of the Unit Test tool for PHP are available in the remi repository for fedora ≥ 8 and Enterprise Linux. fedora 12 to 14 and in remi-test repository for EL-5.

In this new major version, the project developers have split the sources in various packages. So, you must install some new dependencies:

- php-phpunit-PHPUnit-MockObject-1.0.0 (Review #637519 pending)
As always:
yum --enablerepo=remi install php-phpunit-PHPUnit

Version 3.5.3 will be in next F14 updates
